The group reflects the Pacific cultural values of the many Pacific Island groups and their communities residing in the Auckland region. Love, justice, fairness, care, and respect are the heart of the group.
Vaka Ola members work across the service in both specific roles supporting pacific health and other public health related roles. Vaka Ola provides workforce development opportunities nurturing the knowledge, skills, capabilities and talents of its members.
